Ask yourself these 3 questions:

What motivates you? What is it about “it” that you find so motivating?

Is the motivation worth the sacrifice it takes to achieve the end result?

If you were able to answer these questions to your heart’s content and truly believe that the end-result is worth the sacrifice, then it is time to ACT!

Extending the Magic of the “Motivational Moment”

The key to turning your reaction into an ACTION begins with taking a proactive approach within 90 seconds of that “motivational moment”.

If you wait any longer to take action, it is easy to become distracted and forget the reason you were motivated to begin with. If you don’t act fast, the inspiring words or actions that had caused you to have an emotional reaction will remain just that- a reaction and not an ACTION.
